Ken Magee

Attorney Ken Magee is a partner in the law firm of Marley, Magee & Associates, LLC. Ken represents clients throughout the world with various immigration issues including immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions. Additionally, he represents immigrants in removal proceedings before the immigration court.

Prior to joining Marley, Magee & Associates, Ken served on active duty for nearly four years in the United States Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAGC) as a defense counsel, prosecutor and Staff Judge Advocate (SJA). During his time in the Navy JAGC, Ken represented members of the Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard at General and Special Courts-Martial as well as Administrative Separation Boards and Boards of Inquiry. Because of his outstanding advocacy skills, Ken was hand selected by his commanding officer to act as a Special Assistant to the United States Attorney and was charged with prosecuting criminal violations by civilians on board the naval installation.
